We lost our home due to fire early this year , it was a stressful heartbreaking experience . We were advised to try Kelly Young and Circle Y Property Solutions for demo of our old home . They came out and assessed the project , gave us a fair  price and when we got the go ahead from insurance company , Mr Kelly got started  asap .   3 days my old home was completely gone , new dirt pad was ready and he also graveled our drive way , I can't thank them enough,  he went above and beyond to complete this project and we got our new home set up soon after .  If anyone needs any of the work done that they specialize I. , I highly recommend you give him a call .

Kelly did an amazing job on my property. I had been going out there on my own with a chainsaw doing some clearing and it had taken me several hours, but Kelly had my entire property cleared in about 3 1/2 hours. Did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their property.

Does outstanding work . I couldn’t be happier with the job he did . If you need any land clearing or grading look no farther Kelly is the one you want for the job.

Kelly and his team did an excellent job on the areas I needed cleared—they went above and beyond what I expected. The estimate was fair and honest, and the final cost came in even lower.

I highly recommend Circle Y Service and will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Great company and people. They have done two jobs for me and I am very satisfied with the work that they have done. I highly recommend them.

Circle Y Property Solutions did an excellent job with my land clearing and grading! Professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. They worked quickly but didn’t cut corners, and the results were exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Kelly Young to anyone looking for quality land work done right the first time.

Kelly and crew did a great job at a fair price.  I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.
